No two days are ever the same in this job and I work with clients from a wide variety of industries. For example, this morning I am working with a manufacturing client and this afternoon I have a meeting with a client from the beauty sector. I also work directly with our candidates, shortlisting them for potential roles and I spend part of my day reaching out to new potential clients too.
My greatest professional strength is…
Communication. I speak to a lot of different people on a daily basis and it’s really important that I can find a way to connect with them so that we can work together effectively.

My aim at the start of the year was to achieve a promotion and now I’m working to make the role my own and setting targets for the next 12 months.
My biggest personal goal for this year was to buy a flat and I have just done that, so I’m looking forward to getting settled in and making it feel like home.
My secret skill/party piece is…
I am usually the joker of the group, so I’d say making people laugh.
What was the last gift you gave someone?
I recently sent my mum flowers to say thank you for all her help with the new flat.

A lion as I don’t back down easily and I always persevere.
