Our ReMMarkable team make MM Search what it is… from an agile start-up three years ago to a fledgling team of 19, everyone is part of the journey at MM Search, from our Resourcing team through to our Marketing Insights Manager. Plus, we are proud to say that our company culture has been recognised by The Inspiring Workplaces Group, which announced its first-ever Top 50 list of Inspiring Workplaces across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) – and we made it on the list! We value every member of our team at MM Search, and over the past two years especially, we have made a conscious effort to support our talent. We celebrate everything and reward our team frequently; everyone is valued. Leadership and integrity
We focus on leadership skills from others and continuous development. We like to do things differently at MM Search and learn from often unusual avenues, from sports challenges and youth sports coaching to giving back to schools with valuable development opportunities. We focus on the outcomes and support we can give others. And in turn, we develop better at both a senior and a grassroots level within the business.
Wellbeing and support
We take our mental health seriously; our team are our superpower; if we don’t look after US, we can’t support our clients to be best of our ability. As part of this commitment, we offer all staff and our newly placed candidates a complimentary session with our in-house kinesiologist before starting their new position; it is an ideal opportunity to remove sub-conscious feelings and begin a new job with a fresh outlook.
Communication and collaboration
We pride ourselves on our team comms; we want everyone to feel valued and that their opinions count. We canvas opinion publicly and privately from the group and show two-way communication both in-person and, where required, virtually. Typical comms with our team are via daily meetings, weekly socials, celebrations of everything and everyone’s achievements to one-to-one mentoring with those keen to make the stretch to the next level or stage in their career.
