I was headhunted by Euan via Linkedin. I had just finished university where I studied Law and Business and I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted to do next. I then came in and spoke to Ken and Derek and it felt like an opportunity that I couldn’t turn down.

In January 2022 although I have been away for three months of this year travelling in India, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bali. When I graduated, I knew that I wanted to travel, and I thought I would have to wait until I came back to start looking for a job. However, I explained my ambitions to Ken and they were happy to accommodate my plans which was amazing.
The first thing I do when I get to the office is…
I walk into work and the office is at the top of a hill so the first thing I do is catch my breath and have some water! Then I work through my emails and catch up with my colleagues.
My working day involves…
Listening to calls and conferences between my colleagues and their clients and taking notes about the roles that are being recruited for. I’ll then do some research on the company to make sure we have all the information we need to find the right people and start working through CVs to find potential candidates and set up interviews.

Work towards a promotion. Ken and Derek encourage us to move forwards and progress and the team is growing.

I’m good at drawing and painting. I love art and I was originally going to go to art school but now it’s a hobby.
What was the last gift you gave someone?
My mum recently got a new job which was really exciting for her, so I sent her a big bouquet of flowers.
If you were an animal, what would you be?
I think I would be a mix between a cat and a dog – independent and intuitive but loyal and loving too.
