Headhunting a headhunter




Despite the challenges the last two years have thrown at businesses across all sectors, MM Search has continued to go from strength to strength. Following an increase in turnover of over 100% from 2020 and a recent prestigious award nomination, the team are now preparing to enter the next phase of their development as they embark on a period of recruitment of their own. Here, MM Search Founding Managing Partner, Ken Morrice, explains why sometimes even headhunters need to hire headhunters…


“In the three years since we launched MM Search we have grown our team and we are so proud of everything we have achieved.
