One of MM Search’s most recent recruits is Business Delivery Executive Euan Bodie. A Marketing Management graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, Euan has also owned and run his own business and is eager to bring his expertise to this new position.
Here’s what he had to say about his first month at MM Search…
So far, so good at MM Search! Everyone is so welcoming and making me feel instantly part of the team.
The workload has certainly kept me busy, and the on-the-job training has been brilliant, with Rory taking me under his wing. Being able to come into the office and work alongside Ken and Derek is hugely important. Nothing can replace the support and guidance whilst settling into a new role as being with the team in person. But I was daunted about some of the virtual working aspects; however, the communication amongst the team is brilliant, with our daily video calls and being able to pick up the phone at any time. I have learnt a lot in my first month, and I can’t wait to build on this.
I am impressed at how agile MM Search truly is; it has been great seeing the process move from step to step and getting involved across many disciplines has been fantastic.
Plus, I was fortunate to meet everyone at the Ivy Restaurant a few weeks ago at the first 2021 social event.
