MM Search, Scotland’s fastest-growing executive search firm, announces promotion within the team following rapid employee growth to meet surging search demand.
Rory Cleat has been promoted to Business Delivery Manager after only nine months in the business. MM Search Founding Managing Partner Ken Morrice says: “Encouraging career development is more important than ever for our most recent recruits at MM Search. Rory’s outstanding work ethic and drive to deliver has shone through since joining the team late last year.
“We are delighted to nurture talent and ensure that high calibre professionals are allowed to shine; as a people business, our team is integral to our growth strategy into 2021.”
MM Search recently appointed two new hires to support increased demand; Euan Bodie has taken on the role of Business Delivery Executive, and Ariana Kazeminia is joining the team as a Business Delivery and Marketing Executive.
Summer 2021 has also seen the launch of MM Search’s Executive Intern Programme in collaboration with the Saltire Scholar internship. The programme will see two paid interns join the MM Search team to gain valuable insight into the industry and experience life as part of a fast-paced business.
