Paul Condron, Brand Director, asks Sir Harry Burns,
"What is the one most significant piece of advice you would give to those of us considering how to start of their Non-Exec journey?"
What should a company expect of a Non-Executive Director?
How has your experience in surgery and public health and working in government equipped you to take on Non-Executive Director roles?
Also, if you could go back and give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
