The British Recruitment Awards celebrate those who are truly passionate about recruitment’s role in building thriving organisations across 18 individual categories. MM Search has been shortlisted in the Executive Recruitment Agency of the Year category alongside some very worthy competitors, including Forsyth Barnes, Hayes & Partners, Intuitive and Oliver Sanderson.
2022 has been an amazing year for MM Search with significant financial growth, an expanding portfolio of clients and numerous staff appointments. We are delighted to announce that we have also been listed as a finalist in the British Recruitment Awards.

This announcement follows the news that MM Search has also been shortlisted as a finalist in the Global Recruiter UK Awards 2022. “We’re absolutely thrilled that our approach to executive search is being recognised and applauded,” says Founding Managing Partner, Ken Morrice. “When Derek and I launched the business, it was our goal to challenge the traditional executive search model and to disrupt the status quo. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our strategy pay off and for it to be celebrated by the wider industry.”
