We are delighted to be bringing a bold new strategy to the industry. We will continue to transform how businesses hire leaders as we work towards becoming the most sought-after executive firm in the UK.
We frequently receive positive feedback from clients and potential clients who highlight our brand’s points of difference that they appreciate the most. We go beyond offering a transactional service; we collaborate with our clients and build partnerships that enable us to work positively and productively. This strategy resonates with our clients, and we have become a trusted go-to recruitment partner for over companies. We have also enjoyed repeat business from a high percentage of our clients – a figure that underlines our methods’ effectiveness.
As well as being finalists in the Global Recruiter Awards, we were also shortlisted in the British HR Awards 2022 in the ‘Recruitment Partner of the Year’ category and the 2022 Inspiring Workplaces Awards – EMEA. We also secured a place on the Inspiring Workplaces Group Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces across EMEA – which is no mean feat from a business with a HQ in Scotland!
In 2021 we were shortlisted at the Global Recruiter UK Awards in the Best Newcomer category, which was an incredible achievement for the business. In addition, MM Search Founding Managing Partner, Ken Morrice, was named as a finalist in the 2020 Institute of Directors Scotland Awards in the ‘Start-Up’ Business Category.
