MM Search, Scotland’s award-winning and fastest-growing executive search firm, is ending the first quarter of its fifth year with a growth in turnover, a new team appointment, a promotion, and further senior hires in the pipeline.
Managing Partner Ken Morrice says, “Building the team and nurturing talent is at the core of the MM Search ethos; we instinctively do this for our clients, but we also focus heavily on career development and professional opportunity at MM Search. As we expand, we will naturally grow from within. We are also actively seeking new senior talent that will enable us to develop a range of sub-divisions while furthering our global work.”
With a 60% growth in turnover year on year, the firm has continued to expand, with global hires dominating its success in 2022, placing candidates in 34 countries across a range of roles from senior management to executive and board-level positions. Repeat business has also been key to the success of MM Search this year, with many clients selecting MM Search time and time again.
Managing Partner Derek MacFeate, added, “In 2022, we have enjoyed financial growth, doubled our clients, and appointed eight new staff members. But we don’t rest on our laurels, we are delighted to have kicked off our first quarter with a good footing, and we aim to continue this momentum into our fifth year with the same impetus.”
Recently promoted Resourcing Manager Natalie Reid will now manage the resourcing team with a focus on streamlining processes while maintaining high standards and quality practices. Emma Stevenson joins the team as Business Delivery Executive, currently studying Psychology at Stirling University; Emma will be working with the team at MM Search while continuing her studies.
