Sort through my emails and tie up any loose ends so that I feel prepared for my day. Then we usually have a morning meeting to run through our roles and establish what needs to be actioned next.

Lots of variety! I recently moved to a new role as Operations Manager and so I oversee a lot of the activity in the office. Some days I will be focused solely on the roles that we have to fill, while other days, I might be working on the financial side of the business; I really enjoy the pace and variety that my job offers me.

I decided to join MM Search. I had previously worked for a huge corporate company and so moving to a new business felt a little daunting. However, I’m so happy that I believed in Ken and Derek’s vision and made the right decision.

My goals for the rest of 2022 are to…
Smash my new role as Operations Manager! There’s some more responsibility involved with this new position, and I can’t wait to get started.
On a more personal level, I also want to keep making time to enjoy the outdoors. This year I have tried cold water dipping and paddleboarding, as well as doing lots of hillwalking and I’ve found that spending time outside helps me mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
My secret skill/party piece is…
I can touch my nose with my tongue!
What was the last gift you gave someone?
I sent a friend some flowers and chocolates to congratulate them on their new job – it’s important to celebrate every win!
