In the late 90’s when I moved to London, I applied for a couple of jobs via agencies. Blue Arrow reached out and offered me a role, which I initially said no to! After some thought, I took the role and the rest is history! I worked there for 6 ½ years within catering recruitment in central London, it was a fabulous experience and the beginning of a long and successful career in recruitment. I made some long standing relationships during my time here, people who I still meet up with to this day.

After being introduced to Ken and Derek. I totally bought into their vision, values and passion for the company. I was sold on the first meeting and haven’t looked back since.
The first thing I do when I get to the office is…

Every day is different which I love! I am busy building relationships with HR and Professional Services leaders which I have been doing via networking events, meeting with new and existing clients and also through our own internal MM Search events. I love finding out about people, who they are and what they are like both from a professional and personal perspective.
