Who We Support
We selected the Ellie Soutter Foundation as our charity partner because of our shared love of winter sports and our passion for supporting young athletes. The foundation is also particularly poignant for one of our Managing Partners, Derek MacFeate, as he was privileged enough to know Ellie, with her father being Derek’s wife’s cousin. Ellie was such a special girl, and we look forward to continuing to support the charity in everyway we can to help these young adults excel in their chosen sports.

MM Search is proud to be the leading club and shirt sponsor of Greenock Wanderers Rugby Football Club. This is a fantastic local rugby club close to many of our hearts with Derek MacFeate as a coach and many of our children as players – we even have some ‘Wee Wandies’ at five years old! We host lunches throughout the season, giving us the chance to invite clients and candidates to share in our passion and enjoy some excellent hospitality all while watching the rugby.
Glasgow City Football Club is a women’s football team based in Glasgow that plays in SWPL 1, the top division of women’s football in Scotland and also the higher of two levels of the Scottish Women’s Premier League. The club has competed in the UEFA Women’s Cup and UEFA Women’s Champions League.
