Glasgow is the location of the MM Search Headquarters and also home to our founding managing partners, both with strong Glasgow roots. We know first-hand why Glasgow and the surrounding villages are a great place to live and also a great place to do business.
Within three years, we have grown from a team of one fee earner to four with a broader team of 18, all from our base in Glasgow. MM Search’s portfolio of overseas appointments has developed with successful placements worldwide, including in China, Poland, India and the USA. This international expansion has proved that, with the right skills and experience, geography isn’t a barrier to placing talent. This international success has led MM Search to be shortlisted at the prestigious Global Recruiter UK Awards 2021 in the Best Newcomer category.
